B4RN Voice Telephony: Tuesday the 14th January 10:30am: We are aware of an issue with the B4RN Voice telephone service. Engineers are investigating. Update 12:01pm: This issue has been resolved. If you are still experiencing an issue, power cycle your B4RN router (turn it off and on again). If the issue persists, contact us on 01524 555887 option 1 or at helpdesk@b4rn.org.uk
Distribution Network Status
Planned Maintenance: Thursday the 16th of January from 8:30a.m. to 3:00p.m. - Leck: This work will affect 25 customers in the Leck area, who have been notified. Assigned IP addresses will not be changed. Please leave your router running so we can ensure your connection is restored following completion of these works.
Network Maintenance Windows We normally use Tuesdays and Thursdays – 01:00 to 08:00 – as a maintenance window to perform minor network operations such as router firmware upgrades, equipment replacement, security updates, minor cable replacements, and other small works with low impact. Occasionally we may plan maintenance at other times for operational reasons. Any major works beyond the minor works above will be listed on this page and customers affected will be notified in advance.
